peek inside LP field after crossing the finish line, hanging out at the Hard Rock Cafe, waited in line for Jacks then got so hungry we left and went across the street for lunch instead, I never can get a picture with a normal face from him :)

This past weekend my husband and I headed down to Nashville with his sister and her husband. Originally we had all signed up for the half marathon, but my husband was the only one who had trained enough to still run the race we signed up for. My sister-in-law still ran the 5K though so we still got a little bit of a workout in at least! We spent the rest of the day hanging out on Broadway, hopping around from bar to bar and enjoying the gorgeous weather. I think we had a nice weekend in Columbus still, but heading 6 hours south made a huge difference in the temperature. It felt good to soak up that sunshine!

  3. 1. Nashville is awesome. 7 years ago, hubby and I spent a weekend there also. And that bridge was amazing as was the food.

  6. I am so jealous of people who can run. I've tried multiple times to become a runner and I can't seem to get past my mental block. A 5k is still an accomplishment! Plus your travel pictures are awesome. :)
