Cranky Pants

tee: Nordstrom, jeans: Gap, shoes: Gap Outlet, necklace: Walmart, belt: Forever 21, watch: Kohl's, bracelet: thrifted

By the time I left work today I was a hot sweaty mess as you can probably tell from these outfit pictures. After a trip to the pharmacy and grocery store, I came home to this:

After I partially drove through my yard to be able to reach my garage, I had to take a picture because I just couldn't believe that someone would park like that. It just irritated me so much that someone would park like this when there are so many options for parking on the street.  Turns out the car was someone visiting the neighbors across the street and to the right in this picture...the same neighbor that owns the tan car also pictured above. Look closely and you can see the flat tire that has kept that car in the same exact place for at least a week now.

I probably would've been a lot less irritated if it weren't for also feeling exhausted, run down, and being a little frustrated with my work environment. The best part of my day? Getting a chance to relax and read through all your thoughtful comments on my recent posts! You all really know how to make a girl feel good about herself and I appreciate that. I can't wait to visit all your blogs more often and get a chance to know you! Thanks for visiting and I promise after a good nights sleep, I'll be back tomorrow and won't be so crabby! :)

  1. How inconsiderate! But if you take a breath, it is pretty funny. I would have been upset at first, but then afterwards, I would have been hysterically laughing. Try to laugh about it! You looked great in jeans and a tshirt!

    1. Thank goodness they moved! I already felt like a mean neighbor from putting a note on their car, but at least my stern note written while being super annoyed still had the word please in it! :)

  3. Omg, that is unbelievable! Full license to smash right into the side of that car, as far as I'm concerned! If it helps, I think you look great in this outfit - it's breezy and casual, and I can't even tell those are cranky pants at all! :)

  4. Don't blame you for being irritated. Some people have so much nerve! I had a bad day today and I'm not sure how I would have reacted if I had arrived home to a blocked driveway :/ Anyhow, I really like this look. Very fresh and comfy :)

  8. I can't believe someone would park in front of your driveway like that! I mean really? That is so rude!

I love the simplicity of your outfit, it looks comfy, but still chic with the added belt and necklace! And like you I love the rolled jeans look right now!

  9. I just don't understand people sometimes... why didn't they just pull forward a few feet and park there instead? Love your cute leopard flats!
