Thankful for Friday

tee: Old Navy, jacket: thrifted, jeans: Gap outlet, shoes: Target, necklace: Walmart

This week whooped me. It was wonderful to start a new job, don't get me wrong, but exhausting! I'm looking forward to starting the weekend off with friends at a cookout to celebrate my best friend since before preschool getting engaged. I'm so excited for her and can't wait to see her with that pretty, sparkly ring on her finger! Tomorrow is an 18 mile training run. I won't lie, I'm a little intimidated. Is it bad that once that's done, I have no intention of wearing anything besides sweatpants and t-shirts until Tuesday morning when I go back to work?! What are your fun plans for the holiday weekend??

  1. Sounds like a busy week with the new job, but I'm glad you're enjoying it! Those are the best types of weeks. Love the casual jeans and stripes, and that vest is super cute! I'm working part of this weekend, and just relaxing for the rest of it!

  3. booo to wearing only sweats and tshirts seeing how amazing you looked in this photo in the jeans and shoes. I think this look above suits you way better than any sweatpants would.

  6. Woah! 18 miles! I would totally be in sweatpants all weekend after that! :-) I love the striped shirt with the military green jacket. Hope you're having a good weekend!
