February Budget

photo (46)

February was apparently the month of buying pants, and apparently also the month of continuing my obsession with Discount Fashion Warehouse apparently! I'm sure we all are sick of it, but I am sick of winter and wearing pants. Although I haven't given up on them completely, I miss dresses and skirts! They're so much more of a hassle when tights and boots always have to be involved. I am happy with every single one of my February purchases though and think they'll be items that I can really regularly wear, even as the seasons change (which they better do eventually!).

  1. You did very well. Extremely good deals on all those pants. Love the Burgundy/Maroon Jeans and the Ankle-Zip Jeans. I also love the Basic V-Neck Tees (you can never have too many of those), the Gray Open Cardi and especially that printed Scarf. The Limited & Express both have awesome Pants so you totally scored. I should be posting my February Buys by Friday. =)

Thanks for all your lovely comments of late.

    1. Thanks Ada! I think I'm now hooked on pants especially from Express, so I hope I can keep finding them at Discount Fashion Warehouse b/c they are not in budget if I have to pay full price! :)

  2. Not bad! I like the colored jeans a lot - they're a great color! I am so with you on being over winter, but I know at least in my neck of the woods it's going to start warming up now, so hopefully it finds it's way to you as well!

  3. You are making me jealous with this Discount Fashion Warehouse! Too bad it's not a nationwide chain, because you've been getting amazing deals there!

    1. I wish it were nationwide too so you could check it out...I'm assuming that company headquarters being here in Columbus has something to do with a location here? Either way, I love it!

  4. I really like those jeans with the zip detail and the grey ones! If I had a Discount Fashion Warehouse near me, I'd probably buy a bunch of new pants.

    1. Thanks Kate! I think the pants really are the best deal there...that's such a crazy low price when they're almost $80 in stores!

    1. Our forecast says 60 degrees for this Monday, so it will be sooo tempting to wear one with no tights, but I'm sure it's smarter to wait until we consistently have some warmer days. :)
