It's funny what feels daring to me now versus a year ago. Some days I miss the nonexistent dress code of my old job...it was nice when jeans were considered appropriate everyday! Knowing that we could get away with a lot, I took way more chances with my outfits, but with this job I've had since the end of last August I have a harder time with that. So for today, daring was wearing a strappy shoe with my plain old black pants and matching blazer.

ReplyDeleteI agree with Daring. Some jobs are so restrictive with dress codes. Loving the shoes by the way.
I think your shoes are plenty daring! They've got a nice heel! I love the blazer too, I recently got a Sam's Club membership so I need to start checking out the good deals on clothes there a bit more!

I love these shoes! I know what you mean about being daring at work. I generally try to stick to just one "statement" piece for fear people will think it's too much.
